I ordered a table on August 12. It showed up as available on their website. The site also showed that they accept PayPal and Google Checkout, when in fact they don't.

It shipped almost two weeks later (!) on August 25 (much longer than the purchase order claimed).

It arrived on August 30, and I emailed them same day that the table came cracked.

They emailed me the next day asking for pictures of the box, and I replied that I threw it right away as I didn't have space for it.

They then ignored me and I had to email them on September 7 to remind them. They then said they'll ship a replacement.

I didn't hear anything for weeks. I emailed them on Sept 23 for an update.

On Sept 26 they finally reply and said that they can offer me a discount or a replacement! They had already claimed a few weeks earlier that they'll send me a replacement. I replied and told that as I initially said, I want a replacement. Then you said you will send me one.

I haven't heard from them until Oct 6. I emailed them then and the next day I got an email that it will ship soon.

I called to complain, and Jeff hung up on me twice.

OneClickMX - Lousy Customer Service, Costing Time and Money

I ordered a product that clearly indicated that it was IN STOCK. After purchasing, I was informed that it was back ordered. I said to the 'customer service' rep that if I couldn't receive it before Christmas then I wanted to cancel my order.

Two days ago I received an email that my order had been shipped! After a complete lack of response to an email AND a voice mail, the company finally responded when I filled out the 'contact us' form on their website. They have told me that if I want to return this order they will charge me shipping costs (on an 85lb item!) plus a 25% restocking fee (~$60).

I clearly understood that this order was cancelled. Customer service has been of no help; all they did was email me a link to the 'returns' page on their website.

Perhaps this company is great to deal with when a simple transaction goes through, but as soon as you actually need customer service, any real help goes out the window. Purchase at your own risk.

This is the kind of customer service they provide and how they talk to consumers! This is the emails I got from a representative of this company. When I spoke to someone wanting to talk to Management, I got the same rudeness.

You're totally lying.


As Bob and Jeff most recently pointed out, these guys are crooks.They shipped a bookshelf in a flimsy box that resulted in damage.

When I asked to return it, they demanded I pay the cost to ship it to me and to return it. Then, when I agreed to this, they refused to pick up the item and demanded that I throw it away myself or else pay their 25% restocking fee!

Never, ever use these guys.They cannot be trusted at all.


I ordered an entertainment center from them that could not be assembled per the instructions.They told me to work it out with the manufacturer.

They put me in the middle.

Read their return policy ahead of time.The policy is written very tricky - making it impossible to return a product that is defective.

They shipped defective product. They wanted me to pay shipping and restocking fee for return of defective product. Beware.


The OP probably should be happy that she got any response.I've left numerous VMs and emails and still haven't received my replacement product after the first one arrived damaged, being the wrong model, and being OVERCHARGED for it.

It's been two weeks now and sadly I will be going the CC dispute route very shortly.

Maybe OneClickMX USED to have good service.Not with my experience thus far.


The customer was embarrased her credit card had declined and when our company contacted her for a new credit card number she was very rude to our staff. We told her we would not supply her with the product and we cancelled her order. Our 5 star ratings speak for themselves we just happened to get a bad apple that took the time to make up a fake email because she was upset and embarrased her card declined and we cancelled her order due to how unprofessional she spoke to my sales team.

The only reason that has a high rating anywhere is because you flood the sites with positive reviews. It's obvious they are all written by the same person.
